1. Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order or have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at admin@messioucorp.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions: – All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. – Returns for items with signs of wear or damage may not be accepted. – Returns for apparel items must have the hygiene seal intact. – Returns for customized or personalized items are generally not accepted unless there is a defect in the customization.
3. Return Process: – Contact our customer support team at admin@messioucorp.com to request a return or exchange. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged. – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. – After receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@messioucorp.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
